These terms cover buying from PawsNPaddles at pawsnpaddles.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are buying from
You are buying from PawsNPaddles (Paws & Paddles). We design the artwork and sell the products. Our print partner Printify and its print providers manufacture and ship them on our behalf; they are not the seller, and your contract for the order is with us. Questions about an order always go to us through the contact form.
Using the site
You may browse, shop and read our guides. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.
Products and how they are described
Every product is made to order with the design shown on its page. Product photographs are mockups that show the artwork on the item; colours vary between screens, and small differences in print position are normal in printing. Sizing guidance comes from the manufacturer of the blank garment or item.
Prices, errors and availability
- Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time before you order.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
- We try to keep the site accurate, but errors happen. If a price, description or availability is wrong, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
- Availability depends on our print providers. If an item or size cannot be produced, we will tell you and refund it.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and send it into production. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot verify payment, the address looks invalid, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel, you are not charged, or you are refunded.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Your order goes into production once payment is successful.
Production and delivery
Items are printed after you order, so there is a production step before shipping. Production and shipping estimates, and what happens if something arrives damaged, are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Your shipping address
You are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed, returned or lost, and reprints in that situation are not automatic. Tell us quickly through the contact form if you spot a mistake; if the order has not entered production we will try to correct it.
Returns
Because items are made for you individually, we do not offer ordinary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or colour. Damaged, defective and misprinted items are covered. The full policy is on the Shipping & Returns page.
Intellectual property
The PawsNPaddles designs, artwork, text, photographs and site content belong to us. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce the artwork, resell it, or use it commercially. Please do not copy our designs or content without permission.
Site availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we may change or withdraw products and content. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store changes. The version published here when you order is the one that applies to that order.
