This policy explains what PawsNPaddles collects when you visit pawsnpaddles.com or place an order, who we share it with to get your order made and delivered, and how to reach us about your data.

Who we are
PawsNPaddles (also written Paws & Paddles) is a small online store selling breed-specific pickleball apparel and accessories at pawsnpaddles.com. You can reach us any time through our contact form.
What we collect
- Order information. Your name, email address, shipping address, billing details, the items you bought and the order total.
- Account information. If you create an account, the username and email you register, plus your saved addresses and order history.
- Messages you send us. The name, email address, optional order number, topic and message you submit through the contact form. These are stored in our WordPress admin so an inquiry is never lost, and we reply from a monitored inbox.
- Marketing preference. If you tick the box at checkout to hear about offers, we record that choice and may occasionally email you product news. You can withdraw that consent at any time through our contact form.
- Technical information. Standard web server records such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, plus cookies described below.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe’s payment fields and sent to Stripe, not to us. We never receive or store complete card numbers. We do see the order total, the payment status and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits, which we need to match payments to orders and to handle refunds.
How your order is made and shipped
Our products are printed to order. To produce and deliver your order we share your name, shipping address, contact email and the items ordered with Printify and the print provider that makes your item. They use that information to fulfil and ship the order, and shipping carriers receive the delivery address to complete the delivery.
Cookies and similar technology
- Shop cookies. WooCommerce sets cookies so your cart and session survive while you browse, and so checkout works. The site cannot function as a shop without them.
- Performance. Our host caches pages to serve them quickly. Caching does not identify you.
- Meta Pixel. The site includes the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which reports page views and similar activity to Meta so we can measure advertising. You can limit this in your browser settings, through your Meta ad preferences, or with tracking protection in your browser.
- Jetpack Stats. We use Jetpack Stats, a WordPress.com service run by Automattic, to count page views and see which pages are popular. It receives standard visit information such as the page viewed, referring site, browser and approximate location.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site: the pages viewed, the site or link that referred you, your device and browser, your approximate location, and clicks from our articles to the store. Google sets its own cookies for this. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on or with tracking protection in your browser.
- Pinterest Tag. The site includes the Pinterest tag, added by the official Pinterest for WooCommerce extension. It tells Pinterest about page visits, product and category views, searches, items added to the cart and completed orders (order number, value, currency and the products bought), so we can see how visitors from Pinterest use the store and measure any Pinterest ads. The tag sets Pinterest cookies on this site. Our server also sends these events to Pinterest directly (Pinterest’s Conversions API) with your IP address, browser details and, if you arrived from Pinterest, Pinterest’s click identifier. If you are signed in or have entered your email address at checkout, a hashed (one-way scrambled) form of that email and of your customer number is included so Pinterest can match the event to a Pinterest account. We never send Pinterest your email in readable form, your name, address, phone number or payment details. You can limit this in your Pinterest privacy and data settings, or with tracking protection in your browser.
The store also has shopping and advertising integrations installed for Google (Google for WooCommerce), TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat. They are not currently connected and send no data. If we connect any of them, we will update this page first.
Where the site is hosted
The site runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, hosted by Hostinger. Traffic is served over HTTPS, so what you send to the site is encrypted in transit. Administrative access is restricted to the store owner.
How long we keep things
- Orders are kept as business records, because we need them for accounting, refunds and support.
- Accounts are kept until you ask us to close them.
- Contact messages are kept while the question is relevant and then deleted periodically.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form from the email address used on the order, and we will use WordPress’s built-in data export and erasure tools to handle it. We may need to keep records of completed orders where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy law; ask us and we will honour them where they apply.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For anything you would like explained, please get in touch.
